Could Jerome Harrison for Seneca Wallace Swap Go Down Between Seahawks, Browns?

When the National Football Post came out with a report that the Cleveland Browns may be interested in Seattle Seahawks QB Seneca Wallace, it generated a fair amount of intrigue (obviously) among bloggers and media sources alike.
The match appears to be there. The Browns are under the management of ex-Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren, who groomed Wallace into a serviceable quarterback.
The Browns are going to address the QB position one way or another—Holmgren is not going to stand pat with what's on his roster. Derek Anderson is high-priced and extremely underwhelming, and Brady Quinn may not be Holmgren's cup of tea.
Don't get me wrong, Wallace is not a franchise QB in the making; but he does represent an upgrade over what the Browns currently have.
When starting in the place of an injured Matt Hasselbeck, he has compiled a career stat line of:
48 G, 333 CMP, 556 ATT, 55.9 PCT, 3547 yards, 6.4 AVG, 25 TD, 14 INT, and an 83.1 QBR.
