Sam Bradford Efficient in Rams 30-16 Win, Defense Sharp

Sam Bradford threw the ball 37 times.
Steven Jackson and company ran the ball 37 times.
Now that's what I call balance.
For the first time this season the Rams actually tried to establish a running game. Heck, they didn't even run it that well, averaging only 3.6 yards per rush. 
The balance that the run game created allowed quarterback Bradford to run the play-action successfully time and time again.
Jackson only played one and a half quarters, but his contributions set the tone for the rest of the game. 
The Rams first drive of the game went eight plays for 61 yards. Jackson had five touches for a total of 51 yards. 
As for the groin injury that sent him to the sideline in the second quarter, the status is still unknown at the time.
As Jackson goes, so too does the Rams offense. For the sake of the season, let's hope the groin isn't serious.
