Trevor Pryce’s Jump to the Jets Shows Rex Ryan’s Worth

When Trevor Pryce was asked for his thoughts on whether or not Rex Ryan would make a good coach Pryce said, "If he becomes a head coach, I'm going to find out and I'm going with him."
It took some time, but now Pryce gets to find out what kind of ship Rex Ryan runs.
After the Ravens cut Pryce on Wednesday, they stated their intentions to bring him back into the fold come Monday.
Unfortunately for the Ravens, and rather fortunately for the Jets, Ryan and GM Mike Tannenbaum swooped in with an offer Pryce couldn't refuse: a chance to play for Rex Ryan again.
Pryce is fourth on the active sacks list with 90, behind only Jason Taylor, Joey Porter, and John Abraham. As a free agent in 2006, Pryce left the Denver Broncos to play for the Baltimore Ravens, whose defensive coordinator at the time was Rex Ryan. In his first year under Ryan, Pryce recorded 13 sacks, which tied a career best for the defensive end.
