No corresponding roster move was needed to make room for Feinga, as he replaces defensive end Tony McDaniel, who is suspended for one game for violation of the league's Personal Conduct Policy.

Feinga's promotion gives the Dolphins 10 offensive linemen on the active roster, including five guards. It will be Feinga's first professional stint on an active roster.

Reports from Thursday indicate that Jerry is still not practicing due to illness, and head coach Tony Sparano classified him as "day-to-day."

The Dolphins play the New England Patriots this coming week on Monday Night Football.
