Another confusing and mind twisting week in fantasy football, and another week of Trendy Pickups leads us into quite possible the strangest week of them all.
Nearly all year, managers have been relegated to making daily decisions on who they were going to pick up off the waiver wire, whether it be for an injury replacement, or an attempt to cash in on the hot trending player of the week.
But in this week’s piece, you’ll see that there are some players who are either potentially on the rise, or great fits for a spot start.
Let’s take a look.
WR, Brandon Gibson, Rams: Yes, that’s right I said Gibson NOT Danario Alexander. Look don’t be that guy who just jumps on a one week bandwagon just because the player came out and had a good day. Usually when that happens, it is a product of a specific matchup that allowed Alexander that success.
