Fantasy Football Impact: Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo Suffers Broken Collarbone

Midway through the second quarter of a Monday Night Football matchup against the New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was crushed to the turf, ultimately suffering a broken collarbone in his non-throwing shoulder.
Early reports from ESPN's Adam Schefter indicate that Romo is expected to miss, at a minimum, the next eight games.
Prior to Week 7, Romo was having one of his better fantasy seasons, throwing for 1566 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Romo's injury will impact the entire Cowboys offense from a fantasy perspective.  Until QB Jon Kitna becomes comfortable in the starting role, expect somewhat of an increase in the number of rushing attempts from RBs Felix Jones and Marion Barber.
Wide receivers Miles Austin and Roy Williams should be downgraded in terms of expected fantasy production for at least the short term, as should TE Jason Witten.
