Cleveland Browns Cut RB James Davis, Green Bay Packers Should Act Now

The Cleveland Browns have announced they have cut ties with 2009 late-round pick and former Clemson running back James Davis.
This comes as a shock to Browns fans since Davis was the 2009 preseason breakout star-in-waiting after leading the team in rushing prior to the start of the 2009 season.
After a freak accident in practice (Davis injured his shoulder in a controlled environment) he was placed on the Injured Reserve for the remainder of his rookie season.
After the Browns went out and picked up rookie running back Montario Hardesty in the 2010 draft and traded for monster back Peyton Hillis this off-season, the writing should have been on the wall for Davis.
Then in the final preseason game, a season-ending injury to Hardesty could have opened the door for Davis but he never got his shot.
Now he needs to find a new team.
The Green Bay Packers are hurting at running back and should take a chance on the former Clemson Tiger, who was the reason teammate...
