Updated Fantasy Football Rankings at Week 10: Top 50 QB’s for the Rest of 2010

Mike Vick is back, and he looks better than ever as he moves up four spots in this week’s rankings. Though he mentioned that he would have to be more careful running the ball after the rib injury, he sustained earlier in the year, it certainly didn’t stop him from running all over the Colts’ defense.
Vick threw for a solid, but unspectacular 218 yards and one touchdown, but he added 74 yards and a touchdown on the ground, making him one of the highest scoring quarterbacks in the league last week. Though most critics would question his accuracy, Vick has not yet thrown an interception in 2010.
Also moving up four spots this week is another NFC East quarterback, Eli Manning, who is fresh off his best fantasy performance of the season. The younger Manning threw for 290 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions in the Giants’ blowout win over the Seahawks.
