NFL Power Rankings Week 11: Focus On The Philadelphia Eagles

At my site—www.GuysNation.com—I do a weekly power ranking of all 32 NFL teams.  It's a hugely subjective process in which I try to account for a team's strength of schedule, margin of victory, good wins and bad losses.
Where do the Philadelphia Eagles currently rank?
They have some good victories on their resume.  They defeated the Falcons before their bye week, and although they followed that up with a loss to Tennessee, they regrouped during their week off and came back to beat the Indianapolis Colts—albeit by only 2 points at home (where odds makers usually like to give a team 3 points advantage, meaning it was almost a loss). 
A big statement would be Week 10 on Monday Night Football, and as a Washington Redskins fan, I almost hate to talk about it.
