Week 11 in the NFL season means it's getting dangerously close to fantasy football playoff time.
From here on out every game matters.  If you lose one or two games in a row early, no problem, there's time to catch up.  Now time not on your side, you don't have the luxury to play the high potential player who could just as easily get you three points.
In the game of football, you must take the "win the play, win the game" approach.  In fantasy football, you must think, "win the position, win the game".
Each player is crucial to the final outcome.
