Brett Favre is the most decorated quarterback in NFL history. That's not debatable, at least at this point in time.
During his time in Green Bay, even if you hated Favre, you had to respect him. He was a rugged, no-excuses quarterback who played in rugged, no-excuse town. It's the place that his untouchable consecutive games started streak began.
Favre played the game with a child-like vigor, and although some of his decisions made Packers fans shake their heads in disbelief, those poor choices were accepted due to the magic Favre could create on the next play. That "fear nothing" approach is what made him the superstar he is today.
