Vince Young: Titans’ QB’s Season Over With Torn Flexor Tendon

Vince Young's tough 2010 season has come to an abrupt end. Just two days after his temper flared up after a loss to the Washington Redskins, the former first-round pick has been placed on injured reserve with a torn flexor tendon in his right thumb. 
Young has struggled with consistency this season, and his frustration came to a boil Sunday, when head coach Jeff Fisher refused to let Young back in the game to replace rookie Rusty Smith. 
After the game, Young tossed his pads and jersey into the stands, and was seen muttering to himself during Fisher's post-game address to the team. When Fisher asked him to be quiet, Young rose to his feet and left the locker room. Fisher told him not to run out on the team, to which Young responded, "I'm not running out on the team, I'm running out on you."
