Indianapolis Colts Looking to End San Diego Chargers’ Dominance Over AFC South

This Sunday night the San Diego Chargers will attempt to continue their mastery of the AFC South. Understandably the Indianapolis Colts have been under the most scrutiny for their repeated flops against the Chargers, but the rest of the AFC South is a dismal 1-11 against the Bolts since 2004.

The bad news for the Bolts is that they've gone 3-1 against the South in years that they've played against the entire division. They are 3-0 in that department this season, so they'll need to buck that trend if they are going to keep pace with the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC West division lead.

The Colts are the only one of the four southern most AFC squads to not suffer an recent blowout loss to the Chargers, with five of the last six games between the two teams being settled by a six points or less. The lone exception was San Diego's first win during the current streak: a 29-17 stunner that derailed the Colts' 13-0 season.
