NFL: Bleeds Green’s Picks for Week 13 and Revised Power Rankings

With back-to-back 11-5 weeks under my belt, my overall season record after 13 weeks is now 103-72.
Last week's upset projection of the Bills beating the Steelers collapsed in the hands of Stevie Johnson, while San Diego's Phillip Rivers schooled Peyton Manning and the Colts in Indianapolis.
I like the Cowboys on the road to knock off the Colts and I'm picking the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to derail the high-flying Atlanta Falcons at home.
