Josh McDaniels Fired: It is quite clear that the Broncos are ready to shift gears. They couldn't wait for the end of the season to part ways with Josh McDaniels and his vision for Denver. With just four games remaining in the season, it is time to get a little creative. 
Kyle Orton is a fine quarterback but has limited upside potential. The Broncos do have someone with a huge ceiling. It is time to give the ball to Tebow. What do you possibly lose starting him? If anything it breathes life into a dead lifeless team. 
If interim head coach Eric Studesville hopes to have that interim title dropped he needs to have the Broncos do a complete turnaround. That will not happen as the team is constructed. Tebow may be the only out he has.
