No one will argue that Sal Alosi's trip of Nolan Carroll was one of the dirtiest plays of the season this year in the NFL.
The New York Jets strength and conditioning coach has been suspended without pay for the remainder of the season. He's come out and apologized for his actions and said he wasn't thinking during Sunday's game with the Miami Dolphins.
He isn't the only one who's been in the headlines this year. The NFL has had its share of players, executives, assistants and others who have left fans cringing. Whether it's problems with the law, distasteful jokes, poor decisions or their overall behavior, there have been many who left us shaking our heads.
