NFL Playoff Scenarios: Green Bay Packers
The Green Bay Packers just saw their playoff hopes take a huge hit with their 31-27 loss to the New England Patriots in Foxboro. And in fact, their destiny is hardly in their own hands.
First of all, the Packers must win their last two games against the New York Giants and the Chicago Bears. And if the Bears lose their final three games, the Packers actually win the division.
But that's probably not going to happen. If the Bears win any of their last three games, the division is theirs.
But the Pack can still secure a wild card spot, but that's where things get a little more complicated. In addition to beating the Giants and the Bears, they also need the Saints to lose either of their last two games. But if the Saints do win out, and the Pack loses to Chicago, they need the Giants to lose to Washington in Week 17.
