Dan Connolly Video: Watch The Patriots Guard’s 71-Yard Kickoff Return

Dan Connolly, a right guard for the New England Patriots, typically earns his paycheck protecting Tom Brady from the bad guys, but he made a name for himself doing something else in the Pats' Sunday night matchup with the Green Bay Packers.
After the Pats fell behind 17-7 on Matt Flynn's second touchdown pass of the game, there were barely over two minutes left in the half, and the Packers had all the momentum.
But then they kicked off, and the bouncing ball was fielded by Connolly. And he wasn't messing around.
Connolly went right through the teeth of the defense on his way to the left sideline, putting Green Bay defenders in his wake while Al Michaels continued to reiterate, "The right guard! The right guard!"
Connolly made it all the way down to the Green Bay four yard line before he was finally taken down, and was mobbed by his teammates moments later.
"Hey Dan, what's your career highlight?!" shouted Michaels.
