NFL Picks Week 16: Can Seattle Upset Tampa Bay?

NFL Picks Week 16 are rolling out and this game has two teams that are scrapping for playoff spots in the final two weeks of the season.
The Seattle Seahawks are trying to keep place in the close NFC West race and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are trying to scrap for a Wild Card spot and desperately need a win to keep their playoff hopes alive.
Tampa Bay blew a golden opportunity to get a win and get closer to New Orleans when it lost to Detroit last Sunday. While the Bucs blew it against Detroit, I think that Tampa Bay will come ready to play on Sunday and will beat Seattle and keep the playoff hopes alive going into Week 17.
Desperation does great things for a team sometimes.
Prediction: Tampa Bay 27, Seattle 13
