NFL Power Rankings Week 17: Focus on the San Diego Chargers

Doing power rankings is tough, but because of the limited number of games on an NFL schedule, it's one of the only ways to get an idea for which teams are better than others, accounting for factors other than just their records. 
At my site—www.GuysNation.com—I do a weekly power ranking of all 32 NFL teams.  It's a hugely subjective process in which I account for a team's strength of schedule, margin of victory, good wins and bad losses.
Where do the San Diego Chargers rank?
They took a big hit in Week 16 with one of the worst losses I've ever seen.  I'm not talking about the margin of victory by which the Bengals beat the Chargers.  I'm talking about the fact that the Chargers had playoff aspirations and allowed themselves to lose to one of the worst teams in the NFL.
Still, I don't rank teams with the theory that you can take the spot of a team you defeat.  I don't base rankings solely on the latest game, or...
