Michael Vick’s Game-Losing Interception Defines Philadelphia Sports

You had to know it was coming. All season, it seemed too good to be true.
The Eagles' offense, run by Michael Vick, and with help from LeSean McCoy, DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin, was just too good to be true.
At times, the offense was literally unstoppable.
Like in the first half of the Eagles' 59-28 blowout victory over the Washington Redskins, when Michael Vick accounted for five total touchdowns and the Eagles scored 45 points.
Or in the last eight minutes of the Miracle at the New Meadowlands, when the Eagles overcame a 21-point deficit to win in regulation. Oh, and they won on a walkoff punt return by DeSean Jackson.
It all seemed to good to be true, and it started showing late in the season.
First Michael Vick got knocked around, just about every game. Then the Eagles blew their opportunity at a bye in the postseason, just like last season.
And then, before you knew it, the season was over.
But it didn't end with just a loss.
