Hue Jackson To Be Named Head Coach of the Oakland Raiders

According to NFL.com, Hue Jackson will officially become the new head coach of the Oakland Raiders in a news conference scheduled at 4:15 p.m. ET.

This does not come as a surprise, but it is nice to get this out of the way and made official. Jackson, one could argue, was the single biggest difference maker for the Raiders in 2010.
The Raiders improved dramatically on the offensive side of the ball with Jackson calling the plays. The 410 points the Raiders scored was more than double last season's point total.
Darren McFadden, who was starting to be labeled a bust by many members of the media and Raider fans alike, came to life and had a Pro Bowl-caliber season.
Along with Michael Bush, he helped the Raiders become the No. 2 rushing offense in the NFL.
The fact McFadden was healthy certainly helped, but so did the play-calling ...
