Super Bowl Prop Bets 2011: Over Under on Rashard Mendenhall's First Run
The bet is set at 3.5. Mendenhall averaged 3.9 yards per carry. It's obvious to take the over. But I'm going with the under. 
Take the under here because the Packers know how balanced the Steelers offense is. Mendenhall is a vital part of Pittsburgh's success. He rushed for over 1,200 yards and 13 touchdowns this year. That's back-to-back years of over 1,000 rushing yards. So why take the under? 
Green Bay's defense knows the run is coming. It will most likely be the first play for the Steelers therefore I'm taking the under. 
B.J Raji, Cullen Jenkins, A.J Hawk, and Clay Matthews are just four reasons why I'm taking the under. Raji is listed at 337 pounds and will wreak havoc on back up center Doug Legursky if their Pro Bowl center Maurkice Pouncey can't go. 
Mendenhall is capable of busting the big run. But his first rushing attempt won't go very far. Do you agree ...
