Tim Tebow: Denver Broncos Coach John Fox Picks Tebow? Kyle Orton to 49ers?

Many rumors are going around about Elway's talk of Kyle Orton being the team's starting QB. Although Elway did recently speak with reporters about the QB confusion in Denver, he did not confirm who would actually be starting.
When asked whether or not Orton is the Broncos starter, here's what Elway had to say.
"If we had to go right now, but we've got to make a decision about where we're going to go. In my mind, we've got to figure out what we're going to do offensively at that position, and that's why I'm not guaranteeing anybody's going to start." (per The Denver Post)
As you can see, this hardly constitutes rumors of Orton being the team's "go-to" guy. Elway went on to mention that newly appointed head coach, John fox would be the one to make the ultimate decision between starting Tim Tebow and Orton.
