The coaching vacancies are quickly being filled by new head coach Mike Munchak and Jerry Gray as the new defensive coordinator might be the most intriguing addition.
Gray's NFL coaching career actually began with the Titans organization as a defensive backs coach during the 1999-2000 season. It's the same season that the Titans made their Super Bowl run.
As a defensive coordinator in the NFL, Gray has a pretty solid track record.
During his four seasons as defensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bills, he oversaw a defense that was one of the better defenses in the league for much of his time there.
The Titans suffered a huge dip on the defensive side of the ball last year, as they finished 26th in total defense last season.
