2011 NFL Mock Draft: Todd McShay Mock 4.0 Pick-by-Pick Critique

Todd McShay is at it again.
The ESPN Draft analyst and director of college scouting for Scouts. Inc has given us his next mock draft and, like usual, his picks vary greatly from his ESPN colleague Mel Kiper Jr.
McShay and his team—Steve Muench and Kevin Wiedl—put together a two-round mock draft and as we get closer to the actual draft, we get a look at what these "experts" think could happen in late April.
The former college quarterback kicked off his draft writing:
"The combine and all the other goings-on have shuffled my latest mock draft, which has a new name at No. 1 and a pair of quarterbacks in the top five. I also have an offensive tackle in the top 10 for the first time and plenty of good values in the first round.
Here's how I see things shaking out over the first two rounds at this point in the process."
