Is Philadelphia Eagles Backup QB Kevin Kolb Ready to Be a Starter?

With all the agonizing rumors around the league about Philadelphia Eagles starting QB Donovan McNabb being traded before the start of the 2010 season, I ask myself...is Kevin Kolb ready to be the "man" here in Philly?
The 6'3" 218 pound product out of Houston has been extremely patient about becoming a starting QB in the NFL and has said all the right things to the media:
"I want to be a starter in this league but I understand the complexity of the situation."
The Philadelphia Eagles have a great situation at the QB position, holding the rights to three starting caliber quarterbacks on their roster in Donovan McNabb, Kevin Kolb, and Michael Vick. Should the Eagles decide to trade either McNabb or Kolb I would have to go with McNabb for multiple reasons.
