NFL Draft 2011: Why Kevin Kolb and Carson Palmer Won’t Affect Teams’ Draft Plans

So here we go again with trade rumors or mild conjecture about the futures of Kevin Kolb and Carson Palmer and how they will affect a particular team's draft status.
CNNSI.com's Peter King reported that the Eagles already have a team willing to give up at least a first round pick in exchange for a quarterback who has seven career starts, more interceptions than toucdowns (14-11) and a career passer rating of 73.2. Oh, and Philadelphia was 3-4 in those games Kolb started.
Meanwhile, rumors have also picked up around Palmer. One has him headed to Seattle to re-unite with his old college coach Pete Carroll. Another has him headed to San Francisco and supposedly he is at the top of the Miami Dolphins wish list.
One rumor seemingly put it altogether for all of us. See Cincinnati is going to trade Palmer to Seattle for the 25th pick overall. Then, Philly is going to trade Kolb and their 23rd pick overall to Cincinnati for the 5th pick overall. Of course, San Francisco and Miam...
