NFL Draft 2011: Minnesota Vikings Go Heavy on Defense With Phil Taylor To Start

When thinking about the Minnesota Vikings one is presented with several questions. And while it is exciting to think of all the possibilities that come with questions, aka A Grand Solution! It is also important to realize that only a handful of questions can have answers through the draft. Questions like, "who is going to be the starting quarterback?" and "No more Pat? Now what?" These are unfortunately only two of the really big questions facing the Minnesota Vikings franchise heading into 2011.
It is reasonable to say that with no quarterback comes no Super Bowl, and while I don't disagree with that, it is also a fact that defenses win championships. Just look back at Trent Dilfer and the Ravens historic defense. Or Brad Johnson (remember him and the 43 yards of total offense against the Giants?) Yup! He won a super bowl with the #1 ranked Bucs defense leading the way.
