2011 NFL Mock Draft: Will Cam Newton Overtake Blaine Gabbert on Draft Day?

Sorry, I couldn't resist. The NFL lockout is sadly still happening, but it's less than four weeks until the 2011 NFL draft.
Who will the Panthers draft with the top overall pick? It appears we'll have to wait until draft day to figure that out. Although a lot can happen in 27 days.  
This lockout certainly affects how teams will go about their draft picks. Some teams will more than likely stretch for a player at a position they would have rather filled through free agency.
Does Cam Newton have what it takes to be the first quarterback taken in the draft? Or will he slip and fall out of the top 10? Either scenario could happen, along with several other possibilities.
We just don't know what teams are thinking. We certainly have an idea of possible picks for NFL teams, but there are always a couple teams that will surprise you on draft day.
