San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Vikings Among Teams That Could Move Up to Get a Quarterback in the 2011 NFL Draft
In a draft where there is no clear No. 1 quarterback, common sense would tell you that the value of that position might be less than in previous seasons. 
That's not the case in 2011. 
With a lockout that threatens to extend deep into the offseason, teams in need of a quarterback are looking long and hard at the quarterback class in front of them. 
Those teams aren't able to trade for a quarterback—even though there are several good ones (Kevin Kolb, Donovan McNabb) that are possibly available—and no free agent can be signed either. 
That could lead to a frenzy of trades within the first two rounds of the draft to pick one of the six or seven best quarterbacks.
