Mike Pouncey Does Not End Up in Dallas

Mike Pouncey has said he wants to play for Pittsburgh, but believes the Cowboys will draft him. I do not see that happening under just about any circumstance. If he goes higher than the 15th pick I would be surprised. I doubt the Cowboys trade down that far.

The Cowboys would trade down to take him, but if Tyron Smith or Nate Solder still are on the board, Pouncey has to wait his turn.

The Pittsburgh Steelers draft 31st in this year's draft, and I believe the Steelers will trade up to get him.

The Steelers do have two big needs going into the draft, though, so there are options beyond Pouncey. The team does need a new cornerback.
