Minnesota Vikings vs. Seattle Seahawks: First Half Talking Points

While the final score is irrelevant, the score at halftime isn't.  Most of the starters were in for the first 30 minutes, making the Vikings 13-0 lead at halftime a positive for Minnesota. 
Tarvaris Jackson looked solid for the most part, but simply lacked time to throw the ball for most of the half.  He's not able to let downfield plays develop and usually hasn't been able to step into his throws.
The primary issue for Seattle continues to be inconsistent play by the offensive line.  They struggled to open holes for Marshawn Lynch and allowed the Vikings to pressure Jackson.  Also critical in nature was the inability for the Seahawks to score on four straight runs after gaining a first time at the Viking two yard line.
Another issues for Seattle was penalties.  They allowed the Vikings to extend drives and score, while hindering their own progress on defense.
