The 2011 Philadelphia Eagles enter the new season among heightened expectations coupled with a shocking upgrade in talent from the free agent moves this offseason.
The 2010 season ended in disappointment with a Wild-Card exit from the playoffs by the Packers, a team that now can be said the Eagles primary rival in the NFC.
This offseason, the team made a stunning splash in free agency, determined to build this team around Michael Vick, while hoping he is the man to lead to them to promise land.
Big name acquisitions like Nnamdi Asomugha, Jason Babin, Vince Young, Ronnie Brown, Ryan Young, Cullen Jenkins and Dominique-Rodgers Cromartie highlight the additions the Eagles brought in from other teams this offseason.
