NFL Picks Week 4: 3 Games Destined To Come Down to the Wire

This is going to be an exciting week of NFL football. There are great matchups across the board, and all of the following three are going to come down to the wire.
 
New England Patriots at Oakland Raiders
The Patriots roll into Oakland trying to erase the bitter memories of a mistake-riddled loss to the Buffalo Bills. Meanwhile, the Raiders are trying to cement their status as contenders after their big win against the New York Jets.
Both teams are likely viewing this as a game to create some serious momentum for the rest of their season.
This game is going to be a shootout. The Patriots bring their No. 1 ranked passing attack against the Raiders' No. 28th ranked passing defense. While the Raiders bring an improved passing attack against the Patriots' 32nd ranked passing defense. The Raiders will also look to do damage on the ground with their No. 1 ranked rushing attack.
