Why Oakland Raiders Need To Distance Themselves from Rolando McClain

Hue Jackson wanted to make the Oakland Raiders bullies on the field, but the reports off the field of what linebacker Rolando McClain did are bully-like.
With a critical matchup ahead for the Raiders against the Miami Dolphins, McClain is simply a distraction heading into a must-win game on the road. 
It won't be easy as the Miami Dolphins have all of a sudden found their stride. Had it not been for late comebacks by the Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos and New York Giants, the Dolphins would be riding a six-game winning streak. 
McClain is only in his second season in the NFL and he isn't making the type of name for himself that the Raiders had been hoping for. 
The question is then raised as to whether or not McClain should be allowed by Hue Jackson to play this Sunday at Miami. 
Oakland is in first place of the AFC West heading into Sunday, and Hue Jackson must take that into consideration.
