Joseph Addai Reportedly Signs with New England Patriots

According to Mike Chapell, a veteran Indianapolis Colts beat reporter, the New England Patriots have agreed to terms with free agent running back Joseph Addai:

However, Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston.com is quick to point out the fact that there has not yet been any official word from the team.
"It is important to note that the Patriots have not confirmed the signing, and until the contract is turned in, anything can happen," wrote Reiss.
Not to discredit Chappell as a source, but there's still some time before this move likely becomes official.
If and when that happens, New England signed themselves a really solid player.
