Washington Redskins’ Adam Carriker: I Could Beat WWE’s Mark Henry Arm Wrestling

Who would win in an arm wrestling contest between WWE Superstar Mark Henry and Washington Redskins defensive end Adam Carriker?
No doubt it's a question that has kept you up at night on countless occasions.
So, in an effort to satisfy the minds of the millions (and millions) of Redskins and WWE fans—and because somebody asked him on his pro wrestling radio show "4th and Pain"—Carriker has weighed in with an answer.
"Me!" he exclaimed.  "I mean, Mark Henry has claimed to be the World's Strongest Man for like two decades now. Is he really the World's Strongest Man still or is that just some title he won't relinquish?"
Like Henry, Carriker brags of his fantastic feats of strength.  He proudly boasts that he has the "largest arms on the d-line" on his Twitter bio. 
Honestly, it's hard to argue that point. The man is freakishly strong.
