Buffalo Bills: Is This Chan Gailey’s Last Season as Coach?

The Buffalo Bills have assembled a solid team this offseason, but that doesn't mean Chan Gailey should be the future coach of the team.
With four years of head coaching experience in the NFL, Gailey's teams are a combined 28-36. If you look at the two years with the Bills, his record is 10-22.
Most coaches in the NFL shouldn't stick around if they have a below average winning percentage. In the case of the Bills alone, Gailey's win percentage is .312. 
If the Bills struggle again this season, the Bills should fire Chan Gailey for a few reasons. 
The first reason is the fact that the Bills have a easy second half of the schedule. In the first five weeks, the Bills will face the Jets, Patriots and 49ers, which is no easy task.
Even if the Bills start out slow against those elite teams, during the second half of the season the Bills will face numerous, non-playoff teams from last season that include the Jaguars, Rams and Colts.
