NFL in Los Angeles: Roger Goodell Issues Memo for Any Potential L.A. Move

Roger Goodell wants a football team in Los Angeles. He just wants the final say on which franchise, if any, is allowed to make that move. This should come as no surprise to anybody that follows the NFL.
When it comes to the NFL, it is Roger Goodell's world, and everybody else is just a squirrel trying to get a nut.
The Associated Press obtained a copy of a memo released by Goodell today, as reported by ESPN.com, where the commissioner laid down the ground rules for any team that had plans on moving to Los Angeles. Specifically, Goodell said that no team had a "presumptive right" to move to Los Angeles, and that the league as a whole would have the final say.
