Why Is “Packer Nation” So Upset With Brett Favre?

If you're a Packer fan, and you've shown your disgust with Brett Favre, chances are you've been called a "disgruntled, hateful, typical Packer fan."
This article is designed to help settle the dispute.
But let me say one thing first. This is a very long, complicated matter, and I won't be able to cover every reason Packers are upset with him.
The truth is, is that no team has ever had a quarterback like Brett Favre. He's charismatic, lives and breathes football, and was quite possibly the most fun quarterback to ever watch. He was sheer entertainment, and was the most loved quarterback in the NFL.
Fans shouldn't have to be reminded that it's disappointing to learn that their favorite players are not as enthusiastic about the team as they are. And like I said, it's questionable that Favre didn't have the most fans of any quarterback.
Take Ahman Green. Green was another legendary Packer, and couldn't be happier to re-sign with the Packers last season.
