The 2-2 Seattle Seahawks, fresh off their defeat at the hands of the St. Louis Rams, head to Charlotte, N.C., to take on the 1-3 Panthers.
Time: Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET 
Last meeting:  Seahawks 31, Panthers 10 on Dec. 5, 2010 
The Seahawks need to find a way to overcome their abysmal road record (5-13 under head coach Pete Carroll), and it must start Sunday. Adding to the pressure is the fact that this game is just as important to a very talented, but beatable, at-home Panthers team (4-6 at home under head coach Ron Rivera). 
But, the good news for Seattle doesn't stop there. Sunday will start a brutal part of the schedule where the Seahawks play three games in 11 days, including the New England Patriots (home) and a Thursday night (road) matchup against NFC West rival 49ers.
