It’s Time for the Jacksonville Jaguars to Start over as an NFL Franchise

Is it possible that Tom Coughlin is chuckling a little bit right now?
The Jacksonville Jaguars really have not been able to enjoy continued success since the first head coach of the team took the expansion franchise to conference titles in 1996 and 1999.
Since then, it has been lean: a few winning seasons, a lot of turnovers, and injuries that have devastated the team over the years.
But when you look at this team, it is the same old song and dance.
Nothing has changed.  Nothing has made a difference.  Nothing has made the fans and the NFL brass think this is a team that can rise to the top of the AFC ladder.
And the fans and local media seem to be resigned to the fact that this is a losing franchise.
Forget being lovable losers because they have not been afforded the same considerations as the Cleveland Browns or  the Chicago Cubs.
