Ryan Tannehill: Projecting Week 9 Fantasy Numbers for Dolphins QB

Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill is questionable for Sunday's surprisingly playoff pertinent matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. But with sources speculating that he's likely to go, let's take a shot at projecting his fantasy numbers for Week 9.
An AP report (h/t ESPN) noted that head coach Joe Philbin gave no timetable for when he would make a decision on playing his highly touted rookie signal-caller, and that Tannehill was limited in practice for the third consecutive day on Friday.
Tannehill has been wearing a brace to deal with an apparent left leg/knee issue, which has allowed him to practice enough and move to the point where he should be able to go in Lucas Oil Stadium. That said, the ailment is likely to limit Tannehill's exceptional mobility. Thus, it could cause him to compensate with his strong arm to put the ball on target and lead to wild throws—even turnovers.
