The Philadelphia Eagles (4-10) prepare for what will likely be the final home game of Andy Reid’s tenure in Philly. They’re facing off against a Washington Redskins team that is looking to earn its first trip to the playoffs since 2005.
The Eagles will be starting Nick Foles at quarterback as they have done since midseason, and they will get All-Pro running back LeSean McCoy back. McCoy has been cleared to play, and he will take the bulk of the carries from fumbling-prone running back Bryce Brown.
The Eagles are currently slated to pick fourth in the NFL draft should the season end now. Many Eagles fans are probably rooting for their team to lose, and it would make sense given that it hurts the chances of both the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants of qualifying for the postseason.
