Projecting the Best Fits for 2013 NFL Draft’s Top Quarterbacks

April's 2013 NFL draft is full of uncertainty, especially at the quarterback position. Many teams are in search of their franchise savior and many new head coaches will be looking to draft their quarterback of the future.
However, most experts and evaluators agree that this draft lacks elite talent at the most important position in football, and with a number of teams searching to fill their biggest hole, it's likely many teams will reach and find themselves unhappy with their return on investment. 
With that said, here is the list of who many believe are the top available quarterbacks in next years NFL draft. These are the landing spots and destinations I believe are most desirable and beneficial for all parties involved.
