NFL Draft Order 2013: Teams That Must Not Trade Up

Trades happen every year as the NFL draft order shakes out, but they don't always result in wins for the teams trading up. 
Blaine Gabbert was selected No. 10 overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars, who traded up from the No. 16 overall pick to land him. 
Bad move. 
Gabbert is likely one more horrid season away from being cut, which is a compelling reason for teams in need of a quarterback to hold off on trading up for one unless he's Robert Griffin III. 
These teams might be tempted to make a move up the board for a player of need when the draft kicks off on April 25, but they'd be smart to forget about the idea altogether. 
 
Buffalo Bills (No. 8 overall)
Buffalo needs a quarterback. 
At this time, Tarvaris Jackson and Kevin Kolb—with a combined career record of 26-29—are the only two quarterbacks on the roster for the Bills heading into the 2013 season.
