Redskins’ Roster Review: Breaking Down Washington’s Tight Ends

The Washington Redskins have a pretty interesting group of tight ends. While the group certainly doesn't rival that of the New England Patriots, there is definitely a good amount of talent at the position. 
The corps is led and highlighted by Fred Davis, a young tight end who has been building quite a reputation for himself the past few seasons. The former second-round pick is a very valuable offensive weapon and will more than likely be a big part of quarterback Robert Griffin III’s success in coming seasons. 
Besides Davis, there are some other guys who could impress when the season rolls around. Last year, when Davis went down with an Achilles injury, Logan Paulsen stepped in and was very dependable for RG3 down the stretch. He is a good blocker and has rather respectable hands, making him an important guy to have if Davis were to get injured again.
