Week 4 Fantasy Football Rankings: Quarterbacks with Best Matchups

All of the hype in fantasy football goes to the running backs, but the quarterbacks are capable of putting up huge numbers every single week, and there are a few with ideal matchups in Week 4.
Both quarterbacks on Thursday Night Football weren't the most exciting, combining for just 21 fantasy points, three touchdowns and under 400 yards passing.  However, there are bound to be a number of quarterbacks this week that put up more than 20 points each.
Here are my QB rankings after the first game of Week 3, plus a breakdown of some of the signal-callers with the easiest matchups.
Note: All scoring numbers are based off of ESPN's standard scoring leagues
Note: Sam Bradford and Colin Kaepernick aren't ranked because they have already played.
