Breaking News: Ben Roethlisberger Will Not Be Charged in Georgia Case

According to sources, Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged in his case involving an incident in a bathroom at a bar in Milledgeville, Ga.
ESPN reported earlier this evening that the District Attorney will announce Monday that there was not enough evidence for them to press criminal charges.
That being said, there is still a possibility of a civil lawsuit. Roethlisberger is still involved in a civil lawsuit regarding an alleged rape of a woman in Washoe County, Nev.
The Milledgeville case comes less than a year after he was accused in the first incident, inciting a large backlash against the quarterback and bringing up further questions about his character.
The question now becomes whether after meeting with Roger Gooddell, will he face a suspension, fine, or other penalty for putting himself in bad situations on a regular basis and tarnishing the reputation of one of the league's most respected franchises.
The official announcement will be made Monday.
